Even though you get the best prices online, being unable to pop into a fitting room is a big drawback. As soon as your order arrives, try everything on – and if you need to return anything we’ll process it as fast as we can. If you have even the slightest concern just put it back in the post to us – our returns policy really is ‘no quibble’.
How to return an item
A returns form will be included with your order. Use it to return any items, within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging. It’s a good idea to obtain a ‘proof of posting’ receipt from your Post Office.
