If it doesn’t fit – send it straight back! Even though you get the best prices online, being unable to pop into a fitting room is a big drawback. As soon as your order arrives, try everything on - and if you need to return anything we’ll process it as fast as we can. How to return an item
A returns form will be included with your order. Use it to return any items, within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging. It’s a good idea to obtain a ‘proof of posting’ receipt from your Post Office.
